Branded Cactus Boutique Refund Policy

Returns:

We will be accepting returns up to 7 days after the package has been marked delivered to your home. The items must be unwashed, Unworn, Undamaged, unaltered, still have tags attached, or Defective merchandise. All returns will be Credited to you in STORE credit. We will issue you a Branded Cactus Boutique E-Gift Card for your items that have been returned.

Rules for returns:

When returning an item to our boutique the item needs to be shipped back within the 7 days of the package being marked delivered. Please include a packing slip that was shipped with your original order, and write at the bottom why the item is being returned. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, and prior shipping costs will NOT be store credited. We ask that when you ship your items back to us that you email your  tracking information to thebrandedcactusboutique@gmail.com The Branded Cactus Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost packages that are being delivered or returned, any packages that get marked delivered, or are damaged from postal service, Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for your package.

Exchanging Items:

Unfortunately, we do NOT do exchanges. There are NO exceptions to this, If an item is in stock that you are wanting to exchange your current item for, we suggest that you go ahead and purchase the item while it is still in stock. 

Final sale items:

Final sale items include items that are discounted 20% or more, ANY jewelry/ANY accessories such as koozies, tumblers, hair accessories, bags keychains, home decor, Pre-order items, or any seasonal items. 

Canceling items/orders:

Once your order has been placed there will be NO alterations that can be made. This includes if you forget to add a discount code before checking out. We are not responsible for you forgetting the discount code, this will your responsibility to make sure it is added before completing your checkout. Once an order is placed it is final, no canceling/discounting will be made. 

 Damaged packaging:

If you happen to receive a package from The Branded Cactus Boutique that is damaged please send us pictures of the package/item no later than 2 days of the package being marked delivered to your home. The pictures must be emailed to Thebrandedcactusboutique@gmail.com Once we review the email it will be up to our decision to issue a store credit for the package. If the package meets the criteria for a store credit we will send you a prepaid label for the package to be shipped back to us. This package must be shipped back to us NO later than 4 days after the prepaid shipping label has been sent to you, if the package is not sent back after the 4 days the package will NO LONGER be eligible for a store credit.
